Remotely lockdown/wipe corporate computer when employee terminates? Security. ![]() The computer is windows 7 32-bit, I think the next step is to upgrade it to windows 64-bit. I have updated video card drivers and that didn't work. I tried launching citrix receiver application through Google Chrome instead of Internet Explorer and that didn't work. I noticed the resolution was different and switched monitors hoping that would fix the problem. I can end the citrix hdx service then re-launch the app and may have enough time to close it before it freezes up. The user logged back on and the application did transfer back to her pc but at the same time the screen froze on the problematic computer instead of closing. The user said "hey I was working on that." I told the user to log back in and her session would transfer back to them. When I launched the application it pulled her citrix session from where the user was working to it. I installed Adobe Flash Player on the pc then logged the user into Citrix. ![]() The problem is related to the Citrix HDX engine. I have ruled out its not the user because a different user showed me their account froze up the same way. Guys I am back to this problem re-occurring on one computer.
